Yoga Shack

The Yoga Shack offers classes for everyone, whether you want to be relaxed or experience something a bit more intense. Currently, you are required to pre-register before attending class, and you can do so by calling the studio or downloading The Yoga Shack app. A single course costs $23, or you can purchase a pack of five classes for $105. Soundbath classes (more on that in a moment) are a bit more expensive at $35 for one class.

The experienced instructors at this studio offer fun classes for everyone, including options like Sweat, Circuit, Chill, and Soundbath. Sweat classes are held in an infrared heated room between 95 and 99 degrees. The room is not heated in the Circuit classes, but you’ll break a sweat with the HIIT-inspired routines. Chill classes allow you to center yourself and restore your body and mind, while the Soundbath courses are held twice per month and let you “bathe” yourself in relaxing sound waves throughout your practice.

Visit The Yoga Shack at 514 Central Avenue. Their hours vary widely by day, so please visit their website.
